Lenders & Brokers require a minimum of 2 working days for approval of appraisal.
Dollar value is only a portion of approval, appraisal comments and contents may devalue the appraisal. Allow 3-5 working days for Lender and Mortgage Broker commitment from the time they receive appraisal.
